We currently ship exclusively to the United Kingdom. All orders are shipped from our international logistics center.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your package leaves our facility.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery to the United Kingdom typically takes between 5 to 8 business days, depending on your location and the courier’s network. Please note that unexpected delays due to customs or local carriers may occasionally occur, though we do our best to minimize them.

Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all orders to the UK. There are no hidden fees at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to follow the progress of your delivery on the courier’s website.

Important Shipping Notes

  • We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered parcels due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
  • If the courier marks your package as "delivered" but you have not received it, please contact us within 30 days to initiate a delivery claim.
  • Packages may be delivered without signature. If you wish to avoid unattended delivery, please specify delivery instructions in advance.

Out-of-Stock Items

If any item in your order is out of stock, we will notify you promptly. Available items will be shipped immediately, and you will be offered a refund or alternative for the missing products. Multiple shipments may occur at no extra cost to you.
